FamilyTime provides case management services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Case managers organize and coordinate a network of formal and informal activities, services, and supports designed to optimize the well-being of each client. Throughout the case management process, case managers act with consideration for the individual’s cultural beliefs, interests, wishes, needs, and values. Case managers are responsible for helping clients and their support systems evaluate and understand their options, determine what is best to meet their needs, and institute action to achieve their goals and meet their interests and expectations.
